Scrum Gathering, Orlando
I’ll be attending the Scrum Gathering in Orlando this March, as will Chet. We’ll be speaking, and generally milling around with the rest of the folks.
In terms of teams nominally doing a method, Scrum is probably the most popular method. And most teams are probably getting some benefit. At the same time, most of my work the past few years has been to visit teams who are trying to do Scrum and help them to become proficient. The reason is that in Scrum you are supposed to notice what isn’t going well and fix it, and teams often need a bit of help to do this.
Here’s the link, and below is the official blurb:

New this year a Scrum PMI track
Participating in a Scrum Gathering is an important step in expanding Scrum knowledge for Scrum users of all skill levels, as well as a great introductory opportunity for those who are investigating the possibility of using the Scrum process. A day of Open Space will afford participants the opportunity to set agendas, discuss timely topics and interact with industry experts and peers in casual group settings.
